How will my web content be approved?

Once you have completed changes to your content, you can submit the changes for approval. Navigate to the Details screen and use the drop-down menu to change the status to Apply for approval. Click the green 'Save' button.

The relevant approver for the content area will be notified via email, and they will be able to approve or reject the changes. 

You will receive an email notifying you of the approver's decision. If approved you then need to make your changes 'Live' by updating the status of the asset. You can do this by selecting the Make Live option in Status section on the Details screen.
