Squiz publishing performance issues - what to check

If you are experiencing issues publishing in Squiz Easy Edit+ there are a number of things you may need to check:

  • Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer is known to cause issues when publishing. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome.
  • What browser version are you using? Some older versions may not be supported by the latest version of Squiz. Update to the latest version when possible.
  • Do you have multiple tabs open in your browser? Having multiple tabs open can cause the system to slow down or your session to time out.
  • Are you connected to the internet? Check to see whether your connection has dropped out.
  • Are you connected to both wireless and wired internet? If connected to wired networks make sure to turn your wireless connection off.

If you've checked all of these things and are still experiencing problems, please submit a support request for further investigation.

Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible such as the browser and version, a description of the issue and screenshots where possible.
